The kitchen has all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, gas cooker with electric oven. The adjacent utility room houses a washing machine and dryer. The living room area is over two sections and has a wood burning stove, comfortable seating, multi-channel TV, DVD player and double doors out to the back of the property. The 6 bedrooms are all very spacious, are well furnished and all have wooden floors. There is one double bedroom downstairs, and the remaining five bedrooms are upstairs. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, three of which are ensuite, and one twin room with two single beds. The family bathroom is also located on the upper floor with WC, hand basin and shower. Oil fired central heating throughout property. Electricity and heating included in rental price. Linen and towels included. Wi-Fi available. Pets welcome by request. Where pets are accepted, they are not allowed in living room or in bedrooms and must sleep in the rear hall area. Travel cot and highchair. No smoking indoors. No garden.
