This fully self-contained upper suite offers two full bathrooms, premium beds, and complete separation from the lower unit—ideal for work trips, family visits, or extended stays in Lethbridge.     The bright, spacious upper-level legal suite has its own private entrance, dedicated furnace, and no shared interior spaces. Guests enjoy the comfort and privacy of a full home rather than a typical short-term rental.

    The layout comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
    • King bedroom with quality linens
    • Queen bedroom
    • Fold-out sofa in the living area
    • Two full bathrooms for added privacy and convenience

    The living and dining areas are well suited for relaxing evenings, shared meals, or quiet productivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee and tea setup—ideal for guests staying longer than a weekend.

Beautifully appointed. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great accommodation for our first trip to Lethbridge. Our young daughter had a great time at the ymca pool close-by. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely and fairly easy to locate. We had some trouble locking up, but the system automatically locks after 2 minutes anyway. We did run out of paper towels and there weren't anymore to be found. We would stay there again though, for sure.

Lethbridge Trip

Excellent place to stay. Hosts were efficient at providing necessary information to make us feel at home and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, the house was very clean, and it was very close to the YMCA (an amazing facility).

Awesome host and property. This place is very clean, modern and new. It has all the amenities we needed for our family to enoy our stay. It is walking distance to a great playground as well as the new YMCA which was a big hit with our kids. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable. We liked that it was on the main level. It is very modern and new.The kitchen was perfect for me as I liked to cook our meals. There was a good supply of kitchen ware. It is one of the best places we have stayed in. There are 2 bathrooms with tubs,2 bedrooms and a good washer and dryer. The place is in a very new neighborhood. It is quite despite it is on a corner. There are renters downstairs that are very quite. They have a seperate entrance at the back. It has a good supply of towels, toilet paper pots , pans and dishes. It has seating for 7 for eating. The area is in west Lethbridge that has many great areas for shopping,banking and restaurants. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot. It is supplied only with a single kurig coffee machine. The rooms were warm during the cold days. The parking is right in front of the garage driveway with easy access to the front door. The entrance is large with several stairs leading up to the kitchen. From the living area is a small patio. The livingroom and main bedroom has large tv's.

The home was even nicer in person and also had a lovely garden leading into the house.The air conditioning was much appreciated with the hot temperatures in Lethbridge during our visit. Would highly recommend staying at this property.
