"Everything looks brand new. One ice maker on first floor at one end of the hall. Inconvenient for us. Breakfast was good. Better than some other places. Not able to get or buy milk at hotel. Barhroom tolet seat not tight slides around when sitting down. Shower head wont adjust part fell out. Things you might expect at new build. Gentlemen at desk when we arrived was not friendly at all. Never smiled. Outdoor pool small & didnt look usable. To cool out anyhow. Nothing that would stop us from...

"Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. Breakfast normal hotel fare, not bad. Stayed here twice, probably will spend more next time to get a better experience."

"This place was filthy, and since I rushed during completing my reservation, I didn’t notice the smoking rooms, so our room was a smoking room and was filthy, random hairs and stink bugs everywhere. It was horrible."

"Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room"

"NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest. There were 2 separate rooms that were unoccupied, the doors were left completely open all night...

"Simply listing facts: The lobby was surprisingly nice. Both evening staff and morning staff were semi-asleep at the desk. Both were respectful. The room (117) door weatherstripping was mostly missing. Allowing air & outside noise easily thru. Huge stain on the chair. Bathroom door would not latch. The tub/shower was wornout. Looks like it may have been painted previously. Ample supply of tp! Walls did not stop hearing the man snoring in the adjacent room. Ceiling did not stop hearing footsteps...
