"The room AC/heater wasn't working properly. Bathroom locked were broken. Room were very occupied and dark. Lighting wasn't good. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay. Need much renovation. Furniture was very old fashioned."

"If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the location of the property to the downtown area. We stayed here during Washington’s Art and Wine Fest which was all within walking distance. There is a steep hill coming up to the property but there is a public parking lot just below on Front street so you can drive down and park there if you want to walk around town and then drive up the hill upon your return to Elijah’s. The onsite bar/lounge was very nice. Quaint and inviting. We enjoyed sitting...
