Beautiful family home located in Les Sables d'Olonne, in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the beaches and cycle paths. Ideal for 8 people, with spacious rooms and high-end facilities.

Floor: 1 master bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower + bath) + 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (one of which has a bunk bed).



Ground floor: 1 master suite with trundle bed (2 beds) and bathroom with shower.

Fully equipped open kitchen: 2 ovens including 1 steam oven, bean-to-cup coffee machine, central island



Large dining table for 8 people



Warm living room with TV and Wifi included

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
