The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room has electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press…

The fireplace is functional (wood not provided).

The living room opens onto a lovely enclosed garden equipped with a barbecue and wooden furniture.
