## Logement
The studio is warm, bright, well equipped and will be perfect for a ski vacation. Come with your family or friends, it can accommodate 4 people.
This 20 m² studio, located on the 1st floor without elevator, has a balcony with a view of the lake and can accommodate 4 people.
All mountain activities are close at hand: skiing, tobogganing, hiking... You'll be spoilt for choice!
The living room is composed of a sleeping area with a bunk bed; a shower room; a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing area with a sofa bed, overlooking the balcony with a nice view.

The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Heating, Refrigerator.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

The location of the accommodation is ideal! It is located 100 meters from the gondolas and free shuttles are available to get to the city center, where you can easily find everything you need: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ski rental services, ski schools, and much more...
You will appreciate the proximity (5 minutes on foot) of the Prarion ski lifts (Domaine des Houches) and of the lake of the chavants, with multiple possible activities in summer like: climbing (cliff), fishing, petanque, games for children, orientation courses, the rope pyramid, picnic...
All the mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, sledging, hiking...
You can also discover Chamonix (only 15 minutes away by car), or make an excursion to the Aiguille du Midi.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
