For RENT, a charming studio of 25m2 located in a quiet chalet-residence, with a view of the Mont-Blanc range. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Pets not allowed.

LOCATION: in the sunny part of the village, a few minutes from the centre. 500 metres from the chalet are the Prarion ski lifts.A 10-minute drive away is Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Next to the ski lifts you will find a children's nursery, a snow garden, the ski school, a bakery, a restaurant, bars, a sports and equipment rental shop, the bus stop to get to Chamonix and its ski areas. The Chavants lake offers possibilities for walks.
In the centre of the village, many shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets, laundry, gas stations...

The studio consists of:
-a living room with 2 sofa beds, a table that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, a TV on furniture.
-a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, induction hobs, cupboards with crockery, a traditional oven, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a raclette set.
-a ladder staircase that leads to a corner mezzanine nuit.Il includes four beds:a large bed of 180x190 (possibility of separating into 2 beds of 90), a bed of 100x190 and a bed of 80x190 and storage shelves. There is the possibility of additional sleeping for 2 people on the first floor.
-a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
The studio looks out over Mont-Blanc and its mountain range. The balcony is accessed through the bay of the living room.
-a private parking space in the basement (height 1.98), plus a ski cellar. Possibility to park your vehicle in the parking lot of the residence if it is too high.

Bed covers, pillows, duvets and pillows are provided.
Bring your pillowcases.
The following are not provided: sheets, duvet covers, towels and dish towels.

CLEANING:
Cleaning at the end of the room is the responsibility of the tenant.

CONDITIONS:
Rental from Saturday from 15:00 to the following Saturday 11:00.
Rent: from 500 euros to 1050 euros depending on the period. See the calendar.
A deposit of half the rental price will be required.
Resort insurance is required.
Payment of the deposit and a deposit on the day of booking.
Payment of the balance and deposit minimum 4 days before arrival. Return of the deposit after departure.
