Magnificent new chalet, in the heart of the resort of Les 2 Alpes located avenue de la Muzelle, 260 m from the first lift, and close to all shops and restaurants, offering accommodation for 14 people including 6 bedrooms including 4 bedrooms with a double bed (possibility for a room to have 2 single beds) and a bedroom with 4 single bunk beds, 2 of which are bunk beds, a baby cot on request. The bedrooms all have their own private bathroom with Italian shower, and television.

The signing of a seasonal rental contract specifying the terms of the reservation, as well as the security deposit of 3000 euros to be paid at the latest one week before the entrance to the premises are mandatory for any reservation. It will be returned within 30 days of departure at the latest, provided that no damage is found. In the event of damage, it will be returned after a full estimate of the damage.

An inventory of fixtures and an inventory of the furniture and equipment provided will be given upon entry into the premises and must be signed for any handover of the keys, failing which the premises will be deemed to be in perfect condition.

Cleaning services at the end of the stay and the provision of sheets and towels are included in the rental price only during the period from December 1st to April 30th.
These services will be available the rest of the year for an additional fee.
