Apartment ideally located in the heart of the resort and 50m from the ski slopes; this large 32m2 apartment for 4 to 6 people, in the luxury residence Roche Blanche, favors comfort and calm (apartment renovated in 2013). A south-facing balcony in this beautiful residence while wood.
A separate bedroom with double bed, a spacious dining room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people, a HD flat screen, a large table and chairs, and a small cupboard, a kitchenette (with microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, 4 electric plates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a large hall with two beds 1 person and plenty of storage space (2 closets and ample space for luggage in the cabin area, bathroom 2 radiators, and a separate WC); a ski locker is available.

Val Thorens is the domain of the lovers of winter sports and après ski:
Sports, aquatic center center, cinema, bowling, nightclubs, shopping malls and many shops. Circuit ice, snowmobile, snowshoe hiking and toboggan ...
Restaurants starred restaurants to Savoyard specialties. The nightlife ski touring under the full moon ...
Caron district in the center of the resort, is a neighborhood ideally located for winter activities and in relation to the apres ski. The building is located close to the Tourist Office and Commercial center Caron with its shops and restaurants. Bakery, bookstore, supermarket, etc ... within a radius of 100 meters.
The pharmacy is located in the other shopping center is 200 meters from the apartment.

The bodies of ski lifts are located 60 meters from the residence.

Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe (2300 meters above sea level), the 3 valleys, over 700km of pistes and guaranteed snow from November to May At the heart of the 3 Valleys, easy access between the different ski areas.
The lifts are all very recent and superbly maintained.
Easily moving from one side to another. It also practice good cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, telemark, alpine skiing and Snow scoot.
We practice a good level of skiing and off-piste, but largely affordable for a beginner ski or a family skiing. What Happiness!
There is a huge Luge track practicable the day and night.
Snowmobiling you can practice and manage the famous car circuit Andros Trophy.

Fantastic location 2 minutes from shops, ski pass and ESF offices. 4 minute walk to top of magic carpet then 30 second ski down on green slope to ski school meet. The ski locker right opposite apartment. Ingenious and comfy double bed. Very spacious dinning lounge area. Well stocked kitchen plenty of storage. Kids and I thought it was perfect.

The apartment is in a good location. There was a minor leak in the bathroom. The host apologised after my stay as they were unaware of it. In hindsight, I should have tried to let them know about the problem.The primary issue was poor communication. After receiving the check-in codes, my query went ignored. Most concerningly, someone tried to enter the apartment to collect the deposit late in the evening without any prior notice or announcement.The apartment lacked some basic amenities like soap or toilet paper, so bring them with you. We also had to purchase kitchen cloth, which we left at the apartment.There is a self-cleaning option to save the deposit. The cleaning process takes longer than expected because some cleaning supplies are missing or broken. For example, there's no way to rinse the mop and we had just a single cleaning cloth. This affects the overall cleanness of the place.

Would happily stay again.Place as described. I got the sofa bed, my son the double bed, sperated by a door. The places is opposite Tourist Information and x4 Surpernarket not far away.Ski locker circa 10 steps from Door. Outside circa another 30. Another 25 mtr and on piste. Ski back to building.Bruno was responsive to my texts. All good.

Belle vacance

The flat is great. We enjoyed it. The only downside was the noise in the night with screaming drunk groups, signing and making a lot of noise in the street outside and when they got in the building... this almost every night. Not very pleasant when you want to sleep to enjoy the mountain the following day. I suppose we were unlucky...but this has nothing to do with the flat which is well equipped and very well located.

Neige de printemps…

Comme lors de ma dernière visite en janvier, j’ai eu un bien agréable séjour. Très bon ratio prix/confort, commerces, bars, restaurants, location de skis, poste, bureau de tourisme, ESF etc à deux minutes - ou moins. L’’immeuble est cent pour cent résidentiel, on a tous les avantages d’un quartier mouvementé sans les bruits et les odeurs des bars et restaurants. Je suis certain de revenir en 2025!

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui, malgré sa petite taille est très bien équipé et plutôt confortable. Le meilleur point est son emplacement au pied des pistes et au centre de Val Thorens. Le local à skis mène directement sur les pistes donc c’est très pratique. Le contact avec le propriétaire était rapide et très bon. Pour tous ces points positifs, il n’est pas particulièrement cher donc je recommande vivement !

Parfait!

Un appartement spacieux, propre, tranquille, bien organisé et bien équipé, au centre de la station. Sur la piste. Casier à skis à deux pas de l’appartement. Le propriétaire est génial et attentif. J’ai déjà pris ce même appartement pour un deuxième séjour cette saison.

lovely apartment and accomidating owner

myself and 4 friends stayed this apartment on our weeks ski trip to val thrones. the apartment was small but fitted us perfectly. It is a well equipped apartment with everything we need for our stay. The double bed was in between 2 walls but that’s very common, There was a bunk bed that comes out from the wall, a single bed out from under the couch to make the couch and then used a couch turned into another single bed. The apartment is in a big apartment block called le Roche blanche with a lot of other singly owned apartments. The complex is located right in the heart of val thrones making it really easy fr us to get around the village. The pubs, restraints, grocery stores and shopping centres where all within a less than 5 minute walk. Wifi cam free with the apartment We where able to ski right to the back of the complex and walk straight in to the back stairs, where we could access the ski locker. We had our own individual storage room that fitted all of our equipment, the key came with the apartment. The only bad thing I can say about the apartment, Is the day of our arrival we had arranged to meet the lady who would give use the key at 8.30pm. but she did not arrive until 9.15pm. i would recommend organising a time early then you will arrive so you won’t be waiting as long we we did. If I return to VT I would definitely stay here again!

April Skiing in VT

The property was an ideal base for our holiday to VT. We had 2 beginner children and being close to the centre was perfect. We could get them down to the beginner area walking down the carpet lift. Once they were going, you can easily ski from the back of the apartment straight onto the VT runs. Although close to the centre the apartment block was quiet after 10pm. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the Internet and it was fixed straight away. You can rent linen and towels from the key holder, however we took our own duvet covers and pillow cases. We also took our own pillows, which was good as pillows in the apartment are square IKEA ones and not the same size as UK ones. Overall and great apartment and we will look to use again when heading back to VT.

Le gros bémol de ValTorens le stationnement est obligatoirement payant et selon l appartement un peu festif nous n avons pas dormi 2 nuits nos voisins faisaient la fête ils sont partis avant nous heureusement !!! Les pistes de skis SUPER

Nice trip

The bed in the hallway isn’t fit for sleeping as it was very dangerous to fall out of it. We also had to pay for towels which wasn’t mentioned on the site. Also the appartement could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We did have a nice stay and would come here again.
