This duplex apartment consists of:

First floor
– Entrance through the ski room with its boot heater
– Open kitchen/living/dining area opening onto a wraparound balcony:
o Comfortable couches and chairs around an open wood fireplace, TV
o Open kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle.
o Dining area for the entire group
– Bedroom 1: One double bed and one single bed, dresser, desk
– Bathroom 1: Shower/tub, toilet, single sink, heated towel rack, and washing machine
– Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, single sink

Second Floor
– Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with a view of the mountains
– Bedroom 3: Single cabin room, suitable for a child
– Bedroom 4: Twin room
– Bathroom 3: Shower/bathtub, toilet, single sink, heated towel rack

Parking: The apartment has one underground parking space available for guests.
Additional free parking is available in front of the residence.

Linens, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.

My concierge is available to help organize your vacation: transfers, ski equipment delivery, ski passes, ski lessons, grocery delivery, etc.

You have access to the entire apartment, including a ski room with a boot heater.

This apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
Check-out instructions:
Put clean dishes, silverware, and glasses in the cabinets.
If this isn’t possible, please load the dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.

Take out the trash and recycling.

Please note that if these rules are not followed, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 150€.
