The area is VERY CENTRAL, so in the evening—especially during high season—there might be a bit of noise, but nothing to worry about.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, an extra fee will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for bookings lasting more than 15 days.
