Everything was excellent but it would have been nice to know that your pool was being updated. We were ready for a relaxing dip but didn't find out about the pool until after we had already checked in. I believe there should be some compensation due to the lack of prior notice.

Excessive pool noise at night extending up until 11pm, no one enforcing proper closing time.
Pet friendly but there will be a charge if they find evidence that the pet was on the bed?
