The apartments are located in the Šumava Nature Reserve, on the edge of the largest Czech primeval forest, Boubín. We offer a pleasant and peaceful setting surrounded by nature with attractive opportunities both in summer and winter. We look forward to welcoming you to our family accommodation.

The location is ideal for hiking and cycling in the surrounding area. In summer, the beautiful nature of the Šumava offers opportunities for mushroom picking and swimming in the Teplá Vltava River. In winter, groomed cross-country ski trails and ski resorts are nearby.

The building consists of two identically furnished apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment can accommodate 8–9 people.

Each apartment has a spacious hallway on the ground floor and a bedroom (2 + 1 bed) with access to the terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. This is connected to the living room, which features a seating area, a fireplace, a TV, and a second access to the terrace. A staircase leads from the living room to the attic. On the first floor, there is a larger bedroom (2 + 1 bed+ possibility of an extra bed) and a smaller bedroom (1 + 1 bed).

The entire building is equipped with large windows and is pleasantly bright. A spacious, covered terrace with a dining table and lounge chair offers views of the romantic Teplá-Vltava Valley.

The apartment has a bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink, hairdryer) and a separate toilet on the ground floor, as well as another toilet on the first floor.

The property features a sturdy outdoor seating area with a fireplace (each apartment has its own). The common areas include a sandbox, a children's climbing frame, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a portable grill, and a small lawn for games, such as pétanque.

For children, we offer a crib, a high chair, a potty, books, board games, and toys for loan.
