"We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. "BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so."

We paid for a long term stay and we told them we had 2 pets checking in we were not informed the second pet would be 15 dollars per day and after paying so much money they wanted to charge more.
