The apartment 60-70 m² is located on the upper floor of a family house.
The object includes a 20 m² large covered balcony with fantastic views. The fully equipped apartment contains u. a .:

Eine perfekte Fewo von der Lage, Sauberkeit 1a, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeitder Gastgeber, parken am Haus.Ein herzlicher Empfang mit persönlichem Gang durch die FeWo. Fahrräder standen trocken und sicher in der Garage. Mit dem Auto war man in 10 Min. auf dem PR an der Messe, weiter mit der Bahn in die City.

Hervorragend ausgestattete sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Da hat nichts gefehlt. Günstige Lage für einen Stadturlaub in Leipzig. Man ist schnell in der Stadt.Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr großzügigiger Balkon. Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr feudlich. Die Ferienwohnung kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

DG Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Blitzsauber. Großer Balkon. Sehr nette Vermieter. Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder wurden bereitgestellt. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen könnten die nächtlichen Landungen störend sein. Gute Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Rad in die Umgebung und nach Leipzig. Sehr schöner Badesee in der Nähe.

Die Lage des Hauses am Nordrand der Stadt ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, denn der Weg in die Innenstadt ist relativ weit; dafür liegt das Haus landschaftlich sehr schön, und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und besticht mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht von einer großen Terrasse. Es ist alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Ein Auto oder Fahrrad ( 2 kann man an der Unterkunft kostenfrei leihen) ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Schöne Unterkunft, schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Leipziger Stadtrand. Kann ich bzw können wir nur empfehlen. Schöne Ferienwohnung in der man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. In ca 20 min ist man im Stadtzentrum.

Sehr schöne und super saubere Wohnung mit sehr netten vermietern

Wohnung liegt 9km vom Zoo Leipzig entfernt und 10km vom Zentrum Leipzig, der Flughafen Halle ist nicht weit,nachts konnte man jedoch gut schlafen...nur Leute die extrem pingelig mit dem Gehör sind ,werden es hören. Sehr schöne Umgebung.
