Welcome to our Treetop Glass Walled Luxe Iconic Design Penthouse located in Leicester`s Cultural Quarter.

This two-floor, newly renovated penthouse spans 1433 square feet and has been recognized for its design and consistent 5-star guest reviews, earning it awards in Airbnb’s “Design category” and the “Guest Choice” accolade.

The property features an open-plan living space surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering views of the city, St George’s Gothic Church and nearby trees. These sliding doors can be opened to integrate the outdoor environment with the indoor space. Located on the fourth and fifth floors, it offers a quiet retreat in the city center.

It accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and includes 2.5 bathrooms. The Master and secondary bedroom have access to a balcony.
