"There were no carts available to take our luggage to the room. We had to make two trips to get everything up there. The staff said someone took them to their room and didn't return them. The A/C didn't keep the room cool. I would say it was because the bed was too close to the unit. "

I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken.
