"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10. The gym had a great assortment of equipment. The indoor pool was great. The location was perfect. You didn't hear traffic all night, but you could still get to anything you needed within 5/10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the area."

There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read. "Clean room (looked recently updated/renovated); helpful staff; 1 of our keys did not work upon arrival so had to go back to the front desk and get new ones. Pool was small, and not really “heated” - the room it was was definitely warm/humid but the water felt cool. Very convenient location off the highway!"

The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel.
