I greatly appreciated the proximity of Room 122 and its spaciousness; however, it doesn’t have a towel rack which isn’t the norm. "We had seen Kanata hotels throughout our trip in Canada. This was our first time staying at one. The room was so well appointed, and clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. If you are a coffee drinker you'll be in coffee heaven as there is a large coffee bar with multiple options, available 24/7.
