I can’t thank this hotel and their staff enough for their kindness.
After being forced to leave the motel across the street, I was outside in the Texas heat with my children and had nowhere to go while I waited for a friend to bring the deposit. Instead of turning us away, the staff allowed us to wait safely in the lobby until I could pay the deposit and check in.

"I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering staying here.
From what I personally observed, only third floor units were available. I also observed what appeared to be mold in several of the downstairs units.
In my experience, the owner frequently yelled at employees, creating what seemed like a very toxic work environment.
Be aware that if you’re unable to pay for an additional day’s stay on time, you may be required to leave immediately, and law enforcement may be called to assist...

"Staff were so friendly. They made up for the dated room and minimally functional workout room equipment. If you like a typical Southern breakfast, you’ll be pleased. I wanted healthier options and those were minimal. Additions recommended: peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, cold water, tea bags, variety of fruit, or plain oatmeal with nuts, cinnamon, unsweetened dried fruit. Location is great for TAMU."
