"The shower would not drain, the elevator would try closing on you & the pool was too cold to swim in. Because the shower wouldn’t drain, I fell in the shower and no one asked how I was, never apologized and I never heard from the manager about my fall. There was no coffee in the room, either day ..."

"Rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was well maintained. Breakfast was average for hotels. There was a design flaw with the shower. You couldn’t enter the shower on the side where the water controls were which made it difficult to turn the water on without ..."
