Designed and built with care, the villa blends contemporary elegance with the rugged landscape. The open-plan living area and kitchen flow seamlessly outdoors, as does one of the three en-suite bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms feature sea-facing balconies, maximizing the breathtaking views.
Located in relaxed Nikiana, the villa is within walking distance of a few charming tavernas, while Nikiana Beach’s lively bars and restaurants are just a five-minute drive away. Lefkada Town and Nidri, both easily reachable by car, offer more entertainment—if you can pull yourself away from the villa!
Villa Selina sits near Villa Melia, a nearly identical property slightly higher on the hillside, with another similar villa above. Though close, privacy is maintained with well-placed screens and a garden, ensuring peaceful poolside relaxation.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a satellite TV and DVD player, with sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Krupps coffee machine. A double bedroom (convertible to a twin on request) includes an en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool terrace. A separate WC completes this level.
The master bedroom (180cm x 210cm) features an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, and sliding doors leading to a private balcony. Another double bedroom (convertible to a twin on request) includes an en-suite shower room and balcony access. A separate shower room is also available on this floor.
The villa is located on a steep hill and is therefore not ideal for people with limited mobility
