Villa Pasithea - breathtaking seaviews, infinity pool, privacy, close to beach

Dressed in white, with touches of the blue sky and the Ionian sea, villa Pasithea (2-bed/2-bath) offers a comfortable stay in fine island style. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor through, where one can find a double bedroom and bathroom. The views of the small green 'princes islands' including the Greek tycoon's Onassis island named Scorpios are simply unique!

The villa is located next to nature, just above the seafront village of Perigiali (500 m), hence enjoying these dramatic seaviews! Although extra effort will be needed walking uphill to reach the villa on the way back from the beach, the closest beach is just a 10min walk downhill. The villa is conveniently enjoying total privacy and quiet, yet it is so close (only 1km) to all watersport, restaurant, shops and conveniences of cosmopolitan Nydri. Car hire essential. Free WiFi.

Homely and totally equipped villa in a stunning location with the best views! Fantastically helpful and friendly owner. Spotlessly clean and virtually everything you need - cleaning, spices, you name it, all there. Don’t shop before you check what’s there!! We’ll be back. Thanks Lydia!

Great view!

The house is not spacious but the outdoor area is lovely and the view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped and Lydia, the proprietor, could not have been more helpful. Worthy of note- the road up to the house is steep, a bit twisty, narrow and a little rough in spots; some won’t enjoy it. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing villa

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the villa at the end of August. The views were breathtaking, the villa was cool and clean and the outside space was delightful. We had everything we needed and could easily have spent the whole week playing in the pool and taking in the view from the patio. We did venture to the beach and the town of Nidri however (it is walkable but walking back up the steep hill is quite a challenge). There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the beach and lots of shops to browse. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lydia was so kind, giving us lots of great recommendations for things to do on the island as well as stocking the fridge with provisions which meant we could begin relaxing as soon as we arrived. We would 100% recommend this villa!

My favourite ever villa!

We had the most fantastic fortnight at Pasithea, and highly recommend it. It’s superbly located, with incredible views, and the best-equipped house I’ve stayed at. From pool toys to air-con, welcome basket to games, little veg garden to candles and lanterns round the garden…Lydia has thought of everything. The villa and pool are kept immaculately clean, and the garden has so many special spots to sit and drink in the views. We loved swimming down at Perigiali beach too, and there is a lovely 40 minute circular walk (steep!) from the house which is a treat first thing in the morning. It’s so peaceful and quiet too. Loved it.

A Five-Star Villa Experience in Lefkada, Greece!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable villa in Lefkada, Greece for four nights, and our experience exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the gracious host, who ensured our check-in was seamless and provided us with invaluable recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The villa itself was an absolute haven of cleanliness and comfort. Every corner exuded an inviting ambiance, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it was evident that the host had put great effort into making our stay truly memorable. One delightful surprise was the thoughtfully stocked groceries that awaited us upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel pampered and taken care of. We truly appreciated this personal touch. However, it was the breathtaking view and the luxurious pool that truly stole the show. Every morning, we woke up to the most picturesque scenery, and the view alone was worth a thousand words. Perfect

Despite us having a very late arrival Lydia was in constant contact with us & everything was sorted for us when we arrived. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning & the villa was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. Great communication throughout from Lydia if we needed anything. Lefkada itself is beautiful & although our villa was in a very private & secluded spot we were only a short walk from Nidri. Would definitely return.

perfect villa

the villa is amazing for us, the location is amazing , the views are amazing. We wanted a quiet place to relax but with interesting view - this villa is perfect for this, the last villa at the top of a little road winding up the hillside overlooking Nidri . The interior and garden layout are very carefully considered and decorated, creating pockets of relaxation - we would sun ourselves by the pool, then when too hot wander over to the shaded seating area for a snooze! bliss Super friendly and informed host, easy. this is how all villa hols should be - see you next year . thanks!

Droomuitzicht op prachtig eiland

Begin Mei verbleven wij een week in villa Pasithea. Via een steile, niet al te brede en ook niet geheel geasfalteerde weg, leg je de laatste 400 meter naar de villa af (per auto) wat een avontuur op zich is (zeker de eerste keer in het donker). Bij de villa aangekomen blijkt de tocht echter de moeite waard, een prachtig gelegen villa met een onvergetelijk uitzicht, goed ingericht met mooie tuin, lekker zwembad en vooral ook rustig gelegen. Contact en ontvangst met en door eigenaar verliep uitstekend. Villa ligt op ruim 5 autominuten van Nydri, leuke plaats met meerdere supermarkten en ruim voldoende restaurants, terrassen etc. Wij aten prima in The Barrel, Familia Restaurant en Sappore di Pepiri. Vlak buiten Nidri ligt het plaatsje Charadiatika met restaurant Pavlos, niet te missen voor liefhebbers van de authentieke Griekse keuken en sfeer. Lefkas is een bezoek verder meer dan waard., een groen en bergachtig eiland met vooral aan de andere kant van het eiland prachtige zandstranden. Niet te missen is ook een dagtocht met de boot rondom de naburige eilanden. We hadden een geweldige vaardag op M/S Christina met schipper Stelios en zijn Engelse echtgenote Jane. Zeer aan te raden !! Ondanks het wat tegenvallende weer hadden we een heerlijke week, dank aan Lydia, Elena en John van villa Pasithea voor al hun goede zorgen.

Amazing!

We have just returned from this amazing location, you could not ask for a better view, from the peaceful sunrise over the hills each morning, I then spent many hours watching the activity on the water throughout the day. A peaceful haven... the villa is so well equipped, a real home from home, with attention to detail. Everything you need to hand. Ideally you do need a car as it is high up the hill, but well worth it!

Magical!

You will not be disappointed with this villa. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and the views are absolutely stunning! We spent many hours just gazing out to sea watching the boats coming and going, it is so peaceful. There are many places to sit around the pool in the sun or shade. I loved sitting under the olive trees every morning with my coffee. When we managed to tear ourselves away from the villa we visited the local beaches, hired a boat for the day and ate out at lots of beautiful tavernas right on the waters edge. I think this has to be one of my favourite Greek islands. We would love to come back one day. Thanks so much to John & Lydia for making us feel so welcome and thanks to those who kept the villa and pool gleaming! Ben, Laura, Daisy & Ollie Jackson x

Unterkunft traumhaft

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Zur Ankunft hat John uns empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Zusätzlich erwartete uns ein Willkommens-Korb gefüllt mit Wein, Käse, Trauben, Toastbrot, Bananen, Schinken, Butter und Honig. Der erste Tag war gerettet! Die Aussicht war traumhaft sowie der Pool und das ganze Anwesen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Das einzige was zu berücksichtigen ist, dass die Anfahrt sehr steil ist und man ein PS-stärkeres Auto haben sollte. Das Haus kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.

Fantastic villa lcoation

The property is situated in a superb location, the photos on the site do not do it justice. The villa is very well equipped and managed. The views are so good, you actually never want to go anywhere!!! :-) Hopefully, we will be coming back soon.
