Torretta Villa - Gaia

Completed in 2023, Gaia combines elegant design with an exceptional location close to Lygia’s tavernas, bakeries and pebble beaches. The villa’s open-plan living space is bright and sophisticated, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen, stylish dining area and a relaxing lounge that flows effortlessly onto the terrace. Outside, the enclosed garden is beautifully landscaped with ancient olive trees, an expansive lawn, an impressive pool and a superb barbecue area perfect for leisurely evenings under the stars. Three well-appointed bedrooms are arranged across the villa, with the lower ground floor offering an additional twin or double room, a home cinema-style TV room, a sauna and a shower room.

Thanks to its proximity to Lygia and vibrant Lefkada Town, it is entirely possible to stay here without a car, though the wider island is well worth exploring. The nearby village of Katouna offers excellent tavernas and a wonderfully authentic atmosphere, while the island’s mountain villages and inland scenery reveal a different, equally captivating side of Lefkada. For larger parties, Gaia can be booked together with neighbouring Ariadne and Harmonia, creating a luxurious cluster ideal for multi-family holidays. With the sea so close, days on the water are easily arranged, whether by paddleboard, hired boat or ferry to Meganissi from nearby Nidri.



This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor, with a Smart TV and doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, and both Espresso and filter coffee machines. On this level there is also a double bedroom (160cm bed) with a Smart TV, en-suite shower room with WC, and access to the terrace, plus an additional shower room with WC.

The lower ground floor is accessed via an external staircase and offers a sauna room, a home cinema with Smart TV, a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to a double) with Smart TV, and a shower room with WC.

Upstairs, an open staircase leads to a sloping-ceiling double bedroom (160cm bed) with a Smart TV, en-suite shower room with WC, and a private balcony.
