    This suite is set within a fantastic, private and quiet location, close to the amenities of the town and situated just 1,300m from the Agios Ioannis beach.
    The penthouse is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation with great outside space and privacy with the advantage of the close proximity to the beach and all the amenities on offer in Lefkada town.
    This suite has been tastefully decorated and consists of a large open plan spacious comfortably furnished lounge/open plan well equipped kitchen.
    From the lounge there are 2 patio doors leading out onto a large private balcony/patio area which is perfect for relaxing. This is an ideal space for an evening aperitif and meze with family and friends with great views over the pool, garden and distant seaviews.
    The penthouse comfortably sleeps 8 adults , devised of 4 double bedrooms, and a 4rd bedroom has twin/kingsize beds and a seperate bathroom. This room can be prepared as a twin, or triple, or king size depending on your requirements.

    Two of the double bedrooms are located off the main living area, 1 double room has an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd double has a separate private bathroom. A door off the kitchen leads into a small hallway and here you will find the 4rd double bedroom both of which share a bathroom.

    At a mere 1.300 metres 13 minute walk away you will find the picturesque Lefkas town. This town offers a variety of traditional tavernas where you are sure to indulge in our Greek cuisine and seafood.

    At about 1,300metres in the other direction lays the much acclaimed beach of 'Agios Ioannis', characterized as an area of particular natural beauty and annually awarded with a blue flag for. Agios Ioannis is ideal especially for those who enjoy water sports.

    An area ideal for cycling or walking and enjoying the idyllic scenery, the view of the Ionian sea and the breathtaking sunset.

    A setting which is guaranteed to awaken your senses.

We had a great stay at this property. The penthouse is very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities that you might expect. The outside terrace is very big with views of the sea and pool area. The pool area and garden are lovely. There are plenty of loungers and parasols for a lazy day around the pool. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, accomodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. We are really grateful for their kindenss which really added to our holiday experience. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Lefkada town is around 20 minutes walk (or 30 minutes if it's really hot!) The nearest beach (Agios Ioannis) is around the same.

The perfect vacation

Ons verblijf in het penthouse was geweldig. Schone kamers, een fijn balkon en genoeg ruimte voor ons alle 7. De eigenaren waren heel aardig en bereid om je overal mee te helpen en te voldoen aan al onze wensen. Verder is het terrein rondom het huis erg goed onderhouden. Veel groen en een mooi zwembad wat nooit vies lijkt te worden (of altijd al is schoongemaakt voor je erin spring). Nogmaals, de perfecte vakantie op Lefkas! Bedankt en wie weet tot ziens!

Great apartment!

Very big apartment, everything you might need is there. The apartment was very clean and the garden and swimming pool are very well maintained. The owners are very helpfull, they even took care of some groceries as we arrived late in the evening. The walk into town takes about 20 minutes. As we did not hire a car we often took a taxi from the center of Lefkas city back to the residence. If you hire a car there is enough parking space. You won't regret booking here!

Wonderful Lefkada

We all had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at Lefkas Blue !! We were 2 families with 5 boys ranging from 16 - 22, staying in the Penthouse Apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean we we arrived, as was the pool and outside area. The owners were fantastic, they work very hard and were so very helpful and eager to please us in any way. One negative comment was that the kitchen only had the minimum of crockery and cutlery provided, though we were given more after asking. Lefkas Blue is ideally located just 20 mins walk to the town or the beach, so no need to hire a car, though it would give you the option to explore the island more. We truly had a very relaxing and enjoyable time, and were very sad to leave. Would hope to return again very soon.

Amazing holidays in Lefkas Blue Residence

We just stayed in Lefkas blue for one week. Weather was beautiful and the location fantastic with amenities close by. Big pool was perfect for our morning swim and comfortable sunbeds were a big bonus for lazy afternoons. The owners could not be more helpful but also discreet. Apartment overlooked the pool and was very well equipped and comfortable plus good wifi always a bonus to annoy family and friends with photos of our holiday... Great location as easy walk to the beach and the town. We are looking to return in September as we had a fantastic holiday.

Excellent Location. Beautifully maintained.

Superb Location. Easy walk to good beaches and the delights of the main towns shops, bars and Tavernas. Property well maintained by the owners Eftixios and Marina. Gardens and pool in top condition. Cycles can be borrowed on request. Can't wait to re-visit next summer.

Amazing Penthouse

Wow!

This is an absolutely amazing property. Close to the main town but without any noise or traffic. Easy to walk or cycle into the town (bikes are available free of charge for all guests). The owners, Eftichios & Marina are delightful and go out of their way to help. The penthouse suite we stayed in was of really high quality and we would certainly return.

Sheer luxury

Fantastic penthouse with beautiful views over looking the pool, gardens and beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Spacious open plan living area and kitchen gave us the perfect space for our party of 7. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable and the Children loved the mezzanine bedroom and spent all day in the large swimming pool whilst we all lazed on the comfortable loungers. The location is fantastic as only 10 minutes from both the beach and the town. late evenings were spent on the large terrace sipping on gin and tonics. Will definitely return as our stay here was truly magical.

Beautiful apartments near Lefkas town and beach!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment. It was beautifully appointed, had stunning views in every direction, and was within easy walking distance of Lefkas town. Marina and Eftichios were delightful hosts and were most welcoming. The pool was kept in perfect condition and the garden was colourful and well looked after by Marina. Would highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the lovely island of Lefkada.

Stunning Penthouse Apartment

What an amazing apartment, close to the beach and Lefkada town. Very easy to cycle (bicycles available from the owner) and walk into the main town which is truly delightful with many cafés and restaurants to choose from. It is also easy to get to local beaches if you don't have a car. However, car hire is a good way to see the rest of the island and we would recommend this. The apartment was large with lovely views to the sea and was immaculately maintained at all times. We couldn't recommend this property more and have already booked our next holiday there in May 2014.
