    Lianas House is a 3 floor private property with private pool. On the top floor there is the brand new cozy penthouse apartment and on the second floor the spacious 3 bedroom , traditional style apartment. On the at the bottom level there is a 2 bedroom apartment. The combination of those 3 will offer you a relaxing and fun family time and combined with the amazing views of the Vlicho bay , these vacations will stay in your heart forever!

    BRAND NEW PENTHOUSE

    The brand new penthouse has 2 bedrooms, each has its own en-suite bathroom and can host an extra person in the living room area on the couch. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with an outdoor dining table and 2 sunbeds from where you can enjoy the nature and the relaxing sea view!

    TRADITIONAL STYLE 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT

    At the traditional 3 bedroom apartment there is a living room area with dining table, a firewood and an open plan traditional kitchen. There is also a spacious balcony which offers relaxing views and space for having lunch outside. The traditional style bedrooms are also comfortable and spacious and they contain 2 bathrooms that will complete the image of the Greek traditional renovated apartment!



    TRADITIONAL STYLE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT
    There are is also another traditional style 2 bedroom apartment. 2 separate bedrooms with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and WC!

    OUTDOOR AREAS

    A big private pool will offer fun family and relaxing moments. Close to the pool, there is also a big outdoor BBQ area with a wooden oven and a big table where you can all enjoy your meal!

    Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

    This is a staffed property. So if you need anything during your stay, the staff will be happy to service you!

Everything we could want from a holiday and more.

We have had a great holiday the villa was Spacious, situated in a lovely place, it was peaceful but near to shops and night life. The views from the villa were fantastic, but it was the host that made our holiday so very special.

Holiday at Liana's Home

Had an excellent week at Liana's Home. The villa was clean and tidy with excellent facilities inside and out. There were 9 of us and the layout of the villa meant that we all had plenty of space. The views from the pool and balconies are outstanding and the location was superb with taverna's in easy walking distance and beaches and towns easy to drive to. Would definitely recommend the villa and hopefully we will return.

Lovely stay at Lianas house. We liked that the property was divided into three villas so each family had their own space but could also congregate together by the pool and balconies. The hosts were very hospitable providing cakes and a meal. The villas were clean and comfortable.The bed’s comfortable and the showers powerful and hot. The top one is the newest the others older and facilities not as nice. Could be better stocked though. We stayed on the top apartment and only 3 bowls when 4 staying and no chopping board or oven trays. It wouldn’t take much to ensure the kitchens were well equipped which would give the tenants much flexibility. Is in a lovely location and great view near to lovely beaches and nice private pool. Would recommend

A fun week at Liana's place

We just spent a week a week at Liana's place, a house with three self contained apartments across three floors as a group of 8 - a mix of friends and two children. The top apartment is the most modern, with amazing views on the outdoor patio of the bay - a true high light. The other floors are much more traditional. The owner mrs katerina lives in an adjoining apartment on the ground floor, she was available if needed but wasn't around too much, so it still felt private. She and her friend Anna also cooked us a wonderful home cooked meal of moussaka, Greek salad, lentils and prawn linguini which was delicious. Since neither could speak English, we did all our communication via Google translate. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly and a great temperature. The decking around the pool needs repair in areas where screws are loose or broken but it's warm to walk on so footwear is needed. The house is a short walk from some wonderful tavernas in Geni, a 5min drive to Desimi beach or a 10 min drive to Nidri - a great location!

Locația este mirifică, retrasă și liniștită cu piscină generoasă și wiew super după toate terasele, Dna katerina a fost super de treabă, ne a gătit o masă tradițională cu musaca salată și paste cu fructe de mare , toate acestea așezate pe o masă frumos pregătită (ca la restaurant), în fiecare zi venea să ne salute și să vb cu noi , deși locuiește acolo nu și a făcut simțită prezența decât dimineața Pt a ne saluta și a ne întreba dacă avem nevoie de ceva.Recomand celor care vor un loc retras cu tot ce cuprinde de la peisaj, piscină și curatenie( în fiecare zi se face curat, o dată la 2 zile se schimbă lenjeria), lângă locație la 1 min de mers pe jos se află taverne pe malul golfuletului unde se mănâncă f bine și prețuri decente.

The perfect vacation spot!

I enjoyed a week's vacation at Liana's Home with my family: parents, brothers, all the kids and spouse. It was in a single word: fantastic!!! First, the people at Lefkada Rentals were super helpful and accommodating. Really excellent service! Second, the house was great! Big enough for all 12 of us with a pool and beautiful views of the bay. The house is made up of three apartments, each with double bedrooms, A/C, bathrooms and kitchens. This was perfect because there was also the possibility for a bit of privacy in addition to being able to be together as a family. Finally, the owner showed us unbelievable hospitality! She made coffee each morning, and one evening she cooked a perfect moussaka for us! Restaurants are a 5-minute walk away where we enjoyed dinner or drinks. I really recommend this accommodation, especially for large groups.

Sehr schönes Penthouse, traumhafter Pool mit Aussicht

Phantastische Dachterasse mit traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber incl. Pool !!! Wunderschöne Buchten in der Umgebung. Empfehlung: das Cafe am Berg in Desimi
