The contemporary designer interior and equally stylish outdoor terrace with private pool, shaded outdoor dining and Bbq area offers a calm cozy ambience making this a perfect place to relax and a perfect base to explore the wonders of this magical island.

A short drive from the mesmerizing turquoise waters of Kathisma beach and lively Lefkada town center.


Nestled on the west coast of Lefkada Island walking distance to the small, quite village of Tsoukalades, just minutes away from some of Europes' most pristine beaches including Kathisma and Milos beach this newly built 2 bedroom villa with private infinity pool is much more than just another rental on the island … its a perfect match of luxury with discretion, simplicity and contemporary comfort immersed in a natural landscaped setting.

Set out on two levels this stunning contemporary villa comprises 2 double bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, a comfortable open living area with open beamed ceilings, cosy sofa , LED TV, elegant dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences and amenities to ensure a relaxing and fuss free holiday.

Just off the living area is the first master bedroom with ensuite bathroom whilst a beautiful staircase leads up to the second master bedrooms.

Large patio doors provide ample sunlight and the cool breeze to enter the room and allow direct access out onto the veranda and private pool area.

The outdoor areas are equally well designed and elegantly furnished. A private swimming pool takes center stage complete with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool a BBQ area with outdoor table setting and chairs and stand alone gas light BBQ set under a beautiful wooden pergola all surrounded by lovely lush green shrubs that complement the natural landscape setting.

CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX
As of the 1st of January 2024, the Greek government imposed a new tax known as the Climate resilience Tax which applies to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece from 2024 onwards.

Owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect from their guests the Climate Resilience Tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows:
€10.00 per night on stays between March 1 and October 31, &
€4.00 per night on stays between November 1 and February 28/29.

The relevant Climate Resilience Tax is to be paid at the property IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.

All owners are then obliged to remit these monies on your behalf to government authorities.

The perfect property and location to stay in Lefkada

I don't normally write reviews but this experience was so good we just had to share a glowing review. The location is perfect. Tsoukalades village is adorable. There's a couple of markets, cafes and a few restaurants that are absolutely amazing and well priced. The road that it's on leads east right into Lefkada Town (a 10 minute drive), and west along the coast to where all the.best beaches are. The property is magnificent. We are a family of four. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms was perfect; everyone could spread out and you never had to wait to use the washroom or shower. The pool was amazing! Very private and quiet. The house was spotless. You have everything you need. We immediately felt at home from the moment we arrived. The host was awesome. Thalia greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed.and was always a quick text message away if we needed anything else. During our visit we drove all around the island. We visited many villages and towns like Vasiliki, Nidri, etc. and all we kept saying was "We picked the perfect place to stay!" Whenever we come back to Lefkada we will 10,000% stay here again.

Amazing place to stay.

Just perfect, once again!!! After our first visit at the beginning of the year we decided to return with our friends! We booked all three villas this time. The complex / resort is perfect for a group holiday where you want to be together but also have the privacy you need when you need it!! Each of the villas had ample space for getting together for BBQ dinners and quiet corners for a little alone time! The location is brilliant too, 5 minutes from the Lefkada town and a short drive from all those increadible beaches. Being just on the outskirts of Tsoukakades village made it super easy to walk to the local tavern when too lazy to move around with cars. The staff were very attentive and of great help, the villas were absolutely spotless! Thanks for looking after all of us this time!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed in the villa for nine nights which we really enjoyed. It was exactly like the photos, really new and modern. There was everything you needed, most days we lounged around the pool but we did visit local beaches as well. We often got a taxi into the town to eat out which the town has plenty of restaurants and bars, the main town is a 10 minute car journey away. We would return for sure to stay at these villas.

Contemporary houses close to signature beaches

As one of the first guests in this new house, we appreciated especially the contemporary design, that stands out. The private pool, that each of the 3 villas have, enables you to do a swim workout, even if it is a small intimate size. The Patio with the beautiful outdoor kitchen and lounging era offers you everything for a perfect summerevening at the pool, if you want to stay at home. Turquoise beaches on the wind and waves western shore are just around the corner, from Pefkoulia beach, Milos beach and Agios Ioannis, that is known for windsurf and kiting. Thalia from Forum villas is supercaring and we also got to know the owners, that just finished the last details. We would love to come back
