Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

So often the hot tub isn’t hot enough! This one was perfect. And the pool was clean. Huge pool area. Breakfast was also clean. Coffee was actually good. The beds were so comfortable

Very little hot water available. Continental breakfast was good. Rooms were clean with adequate parking. Just was disappointed with the hot water situation. I haved stayed several times over the past few years. First time wth hot h2o ussue.
