"Staff parks under overhang. Had to ask desk to move car so can load up in rain. Was very nice about it, & moved car. But shouldn’t be parking there💕"

"The room wasn’t totally clean. There were coffee spots by the coffee maker on the table and something sticky in the carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside pool was perfect for our little ones with the more shallow pool."

"I was met by Mel. She was very welcoming and helpful. Its an older building, but you can see they are working on it. The rooms were very clean, sheets were nice and crisp. I would like the pool to be available the next time I stay as I do plan to stay again when I visit family. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal."

"Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!"

"Our refrigerator was leaking water before we were in the room, so there was a big puddle when we came in. Random stains around the room. Not a big problem, just a little gross. The indoor “curb appeal” was good."

"I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area."
