"I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this...

"Cuando llegamos al hotel que ademas es restaurante y pub la encargada nos informa que hoteles.com no habia hecho la reserva con ellos a pesar de haber recibido nosotros confirmacion y que no era la primera vez que pasaba. El hotel estaba copado. La señora muy amablemente se contacto con hoteles.com y arreglo nuestra estadia en un holiday inn cercano sin tener que pagar excedente esto lo asumio hoteles.com."

"Another lower than expected stay when using hotels.com. The value does not reconcile to the experience, location and satisfaction. This property was one of three former residential. Thankfully it was one of three and the others were empty because on arrival the door to the property had leaves and debris that looked like it had been stored for sometime. "Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him. Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "
