"Normal Super 8, not fancy but not bad either. Clean rooms. Breakfast included… ok, if you call Raisin Bran cereal, yoghurt and banana a breakfast. Only hot thing is coffee. For over $200 room, I would like to see better a breakfast."

"When we checked in and requested an upper level room for security purposes (we preferred not to have 2 separate entrances into the room), we were rudely told that the hotel was full but found out by checking Expedia at the same time that there was availability at the hotel. We were then told about the no smoking and no vaping rule. However, upon entering our outdated and somewhat raggedy room, the smell of cigarette smoke filled the air. "Great little lake cabin. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, quite. Beautiful area and views. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again."

"Poland Springs Resort had more than 1 Building however the Lodge was where we stayed and the Building & Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it took approximately 10 minutes to drain. The carpeting was Brown which hid stains & had a musty odor. The locks on the Room Doors were from the 60’s - 70’s. On a 1-5 scale I give my overall experience a 2."

"Seemed okay at first..clean, etc, but no normal amenities such as fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Could not contact desk by room phone. Warmish water first night, cold the next day. Remotes for TV did not work. A/C worked ok. Beds comfortable. Dining area/breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Bottom line: Opened as a Clarion way too soon before fixing all that was wrong with it when it was a Ramada. No refunds (for cold water, etc) were offered."

"The property was clean and very quiet. The staffs there were very helpful. We travel as a family leisure trip and the kids loved the pool/ whirlpool. We were 25-30 minutes from all the attraction sites. The only downsides was to have the room service you have to request at the front desk, which we didn’t know until the fourth day our trash was so full."
