Close to the train station, theatres, business district and shopping. Newly built and decorated to a high standard, each apartment has 2 double beds, 1 bathroom, WiFi, television and a fully equipped kitchen in a combined kitchen/living/dining room.

Minutes walk from The Headrow (principle city centre street) , the apartment is located down a side street and could not be more central.

The pictures show a mix of our 1-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat!

We can offer FREE PARKING, this just needs to be requested before check-in.

For secure and convenient parking, we recommend Q-Park Wellington Street, LS1 4LT, which is just a short walk from the apartment. The cost is approximately £19 for 24 hours.

For a more budget-friendly option, Woodhouse Lane car park, LS2 3AX, is available at around £15 per day, located a 15-minute walk away.

We can also offer additional local parking options, subject to availability and additional charges.

This is a quiet residential setting — parties and loud music are not permitted.

Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property to help prevent water damage or theft.

No smoking is allowed inside the property.

Pets are not permitted.

💷 Fees & Damages
Any disturbance may result in a £250 penalty fee.

Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge.

Please report any damages or issues to the property manager as soon as possible. Unreported issues may result in additional fees.

Any damage to the property or its contents may be flagged to the booking platform and charged accordingly.

🕙 Check-Out & Key Return
Check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless pre-approved otherwise.

Late check-out without prior agreement may incur a full night’s fee.

Please ensure keys are returned to their original collection point to avoid extra charges.
