Camper was very clean and located conveniently to Madison Springs and the Withlacoochee River. Host was responsive and available. There is nature all around, however trucks from nearby road can be heard. For the elderly and small pets, steps to the camper may be difficult to climb.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful.

Everything was clean, family friendly.Didnt like plastic mattress cover, and couldnt get the upstairs tv to work. Frying pans need replaced. Other than those easy fixes, things were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there.
