Surrounded by a large yard and a private wooded area, this home's mature landscaping is sure to charm you the moment you pull up the drive. Enjoy the sweet scent of the fruit trees and the flowers before heading inside and exploring your comfortable living quarters. Full of light and ample meal prep space, the well-equipped kitchen comes fully prepared for all of your cooking needs. Escalate your cooking by using the provided gas grill and hosting a sweet summer barbecue. When it's time to eat, dine as a family at the center island table, or in the formal dining room.

The spacious living room comes complete with soft seating and a large TV, providing an ideal space for movie nights.

The large primary bedroom homes a designated work desk, an en suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. You will find two additional rooms upstairs and one downstairs.

The kids will adore the many items curated for their fun including the private pool and a rock wall and a zip-line in the basement, as well as a playset in the front yard. Throw everyone's clothes into the private washer/dryer at the end of the day - refreshed and ready for another day on vacation!

House Rules

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
