The entrance opens onto a bright living area with an open kitchen, dining area and relaxation area with sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, offering everything you need to cook independently during your stay. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, designed to ensure comfort and functionality. The bathroom is large and equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine, also ideal for longer stays.
One of the strengths of the apartment is the private terrace, furnished with a dining table for four people and surrounded by the greenery of the residential complex: a perfect corner for outdoor breakfasts or summer dinners immersed in tranquility.
