Spacious, fully furnished family friendly 3 bedroom home with private pool.

  • This warm and inviting 3-bedroom house located in Timberlane Estates is minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, tiki bars, and the boat ramp. Our house is welcoming and comfortable for up to six guests.
    The living room features comfortable leather sectional and 65' HD TV. The three other bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a queen and two twin beds in the spare rooms. Internet is available for guest use. The Master bedroom also has a 50’ HD TV. The living room is open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy plenty of counter space and cabinets. We also have washer and dryer next to the kitchen.
    The sliding glass door opens up to the lovely saltwater pool area with screened in lanai and a grill. This property sits on one acre where you can park your RV or boat. There is also an outdoor firepit and outdoor grill for your enjoyment.
    Some of the best restaurants, bars and golf courses in the area are only minutes away as well as Walmart, Target, Aldi's Walgreens, Publix, Wawa, and CVS.
    So, if you are looking to swim with the manatees, go scalloping, enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and fishing or if you just want to escape the cold weather and relax by your own private pool this is the place for you.

    PLEASE NOTE OUR POOL IS NOT HEATED.

    Please note, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OR IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF OUR PROPERTY.

    We offer basic Spectrum cable with local channels and Netflix rather than conventional cable for your enjoyment during your stay.

    If traveling with children, please note that there is no crib available or any other children's provisions in the property.

    Please treat our property with kindness and respect; remember it’s your home for the remainder of this reservation. We are available to offer help throughout your stay via phone, text message or email.

    For your convenience, the front entrances of our property are monitored by Ring.

    Scallop season is from July through September. Manatee season is November through April. Definitely fun family activities!

The pool bar area is to be used as a bar, and should only rest drinks on. Absolutely no diving, jumping, walking, sitting, dancing etc.,off this area.

Quiet neighborhood

My husband and I were in the area for medical appointments and this was the perfect spot to stay! Great location, quiet neighborhood, lovely pool. We would definitely stay again. Comfortable bed and furniture, clean space, had everything we needed.

Another great stay at this property! It is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay near the springs. This is the perfect home for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6 guests if needed. The pool and back yard areas are wonderful and the primary suite is truly luxurious.

Manatees and Lounge Time

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was as it was stated, check-in was a breeze and the property owner is wonderful. My family had such an amazing time seeing Manatees and spending quality time together around the pool or in the spacious great room area. We highly recommend this property!
