If you want a clean room, do NOT book this hotel. We switched rooms 2 different times and both of them looked like the bathroom had never been cleaned. Toilets both had feces all over in them, dried urine around the bottom of the toilet, the tubs had dirt and grime literally all over them, fried ...

Communication was great, parking was easy, we stayed for a couple nights for our anniversary, the cottage and it's amenities were incredibly convenient. Being in Spearfish also makes it very easy to go to local restaurants/shops or visit the nearby towns.
