Our condo is a short walk from all of Leavenworth's best attractions, including local shops, restaurants, breweries, and more. Float the Icicle River, mountain bike the local trails, ski at the town Ski Hill, or simply relax and enjoy the mountain life. We are two blocks from the Leavenworth Adventure Park. Whether you're here for the stunning natural beauty or the town's famous Bavarian charm, our condo is the perfect place to call home during your stay.

The space
Our condo space is curated for an amazing stay.

~Entrance~ When you enter the condo you will find a rack for shoes conveniently located directly inside the front door. Behind the door in this area is a wall rack with hooks for hanging a coat, gloves, or anything you may need in a pinch when leaving the condo. There is also a key hook board directly inside the front door to the right as you may not be in your normal space we want things to be easy to locate.

~Living Room~ The living room is spacious and inviting. There is ample seating to view the large flat-screen TV. The TV remotes will be placed near the TV on the stand for your convenience. The two chairs in the living room are comfortable. One chair is a convertible chair and the other has an ottoman for nice relaxing evenings. Our Wi-Fi router is located on the TV stand and all the information for access will be in your welcome message on booking day.

~ Kitchen ~ The kitchen is located on the other side of the owners closet and 1/2 bath on the main floor. The kitchen has a washer & dryer station located in a discrete closet adjacent to the dining table. The kitchen is where this property starts to feel more like home. We have stocked the kitchen as if we live there year round, and has all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay 5-Star*****!

~Upstairs Landing Area ~ Up one flight of stairs is the landing area between 2 bedrooms and the upstairs full bath. At the top of the stairs is a fully stocked game closet, which has extra bathroom toiletries needed for longer stays. Across the hall is another closet full of extra bedding, towels and necessities for every day living in the cozy condo.

~Main Bedroom ~ This room is comfortable, and clean and has all the amenities that you will need for a restful night's sleep. It is equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV. A/C is in every room and can be set to your desired temperature (not below 62 degrees). Lastly, a very, very comfortable queen bed that will re-energize you for the next day.

~Second Bedroom ~ This large bedroom is next to the main bath and has its own AC unit. This room has a large closet for extra storage and a TV. We also put an extra blow-up mattress in this room.
