Buffalo Trail Cabin is so beautiful and they have truly thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The mattresses are a luxury experience. The cabin is so clean and well stocked and the complimentary cookies are not to be missed, soft and buttery and craveable. The hot tub was full, clean, hot, and such a treat on the morning we woke up to a skiff of snow. There are abundant fluffy towels, the fridge has a full ice maker, the smart tv is ready for you to login to your streaming services. It is so peaceful. It was just what we needed to reset, recharge, reconnect with each other and enjoy all the Black Hills has to offer.

The house was lovely. It was the perfect place to chill with a group of friends. We sat around the fire pit right on the deck off the living room/kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub, and walks in the area were very nice. The bedrooms were comfortable. The loft bedroom was shared but the other three rooms were private. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of dishes, pots and pans. Jim was very easy to reach when needed. Would definitely stay there again!

An amazing property. Hot tub was magnificent! Perfect location to explore the Black Hills and even Custer State Park. Hosts were very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The previous reviews did not disappoint!!! Everything about this cabin is exceptional. The location is great, the accommodations are exactly what is needed no matter what time of year it is, the point of contact is very responsive and pleasant when dealing with any questions or concerns, the cabin was very clean, and the local bakery’s cookies were delightful. I would recommend staying here anytime of the year. Thank you very much for making our first trip to this area memorable.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 4 adults and 8 kids. There was plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. The kids loved the arcade games and air hockey table. We had a great time there and Jim was wonderful if we had any questions.

Beautiful Peaceful Cabin

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very peaceful and very clean! Jim and Julie were very accomodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome cookies were such a lovely touch and so good! The kids and adults loved the games in the basement and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! Definately would recommend to anyone looking at staying in the area!

Great location!

This was a great fit for our family!! Loved how close it was to Terry Peak. The beds were very comfy, everyone slept good. Hottub was a plus, great for somewhere to hang out in the evenings.

Great place!

Everything about this cabin was perfect. As a family of 6, we enjoyed all of the room we had. The amenities are great. We enjoyed the nice big deck with grill and fire pit as well as the hot tub. The kids really enjoyed the games. The property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend!

My husband and I had to book this cabin at the last minute after our Bed and Breakfast in the Black Hills cancelled on us at the last minute. We could not have been more pleased that it worked out this way. This cabin was wonderful!! Way more than just two people needed because it has so much to offer but a perfect get away. The property was very clean and well maintained! It is evident they take pride in their property. We cannot recommend this cabin enough! It is worth the cost and even more affordable if you can bring friends or family. There was tons of room and plenty of activities no matter your age. The hot tub was wonderful and very clean for a rental property. We look forward to being able to book this cabin and bring our family back in the future.
