This ranch-style Black Hills vacation home is in an ideal location just 8 miles southwest of Historic Deadwood and within a short drive to most Black HIlls attractions.



This home has 4 bedrooms, 1 King size bed,  2 with Queen-size beds and one room with 2 twin beds, 3 full bathrooms, spacious living, kitchen and dining area. Wrap-around deck.  The cabin has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fireplace and washer/dryer.

We loved our long weekend at the cabin. Great spot to relax and grill and chill on the deck, all the amenities and supplies you could possibly need. Easy access to all the sights! Very impressed with how well stocked this place is, including dishes, towels, blankets, small appliances, etc. Sparkling clean! We even saw a family of wild turkeys wandering the yard the last couple of evenings there. :) Such a beautiful area, hoping to return someday!

Great Home to stay in after riding around the Black Hills. Good location and very clean. As far as restaurants in area Do Not Go to Lewies I would recommend Boars Nest instead. Much nicer people and better service. I would recommend this house if renting in the black hills area. Could not have picked better.

Inside and outside perfection!

Loved this property! Very private with quiet neighbors. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen and living room space! We really enjoyed the deck and short hike to the trout stream!

Quiet area, nice home, and very clean!!

Thank you so much for offering your property on VRBO! We were kept informed prior to our arrival on how to access the home, and ways to contact the owner if the need would arise. The home was very comfortable and CLEAN!! We will definitely encourage others to look into this home when traveling to the Hills area.

A wonderful Place

This property was a wonderful area and the house was fantastic..it was very well stocked and extremely clean..beds were comfortable. Outside sitting had a wonderful view..travel to Deadwood and Sturgis was a nice short trip. We had an issue with the air conditioner but they immediately sent someone out to take care of. I would recommend tnis house for anyone wanting to stay on the outskirts of town and a peaceful comfortable stay. Side note neighbors dig was very friendly and came up each morning for a treat. Comfortable home in amazing Black Hill setting

Overall we had a wonderful time in this home. Home was clean, fully stocked in the most amazing setting! The outdoor porches were outstanding, surrounded by incredible beauty and nature! The only problem we encountered was that we had chosen this property because the website listed it as wheelchair accessible. When we arrived there were steps with no way to get our family member who was a in wheelchair into the cabin. We did call the managing company and they did offer to place a ramp from garage into the cabin the following morning. If you have handicapped guests check with the owners to make sure the ramp is still in place.

South Dakota vacation home

This home is very clean & wellmaintained. Farther from rapid city & Custer than expected but with shortcuts it worked. Well stocked kitchen & setting was great. The few issues we ran into were the bedroom with attached bath , the mattress really should be replaced. It is so soft & bouncy we were unable to sleep on it. Fortunately there was a spare bed. The master bedroom was great except the TV in that room could only be used for VCR movies. It is not connected to the dish as the other TV is. That was really a surprise especially when you have kids with. The only other issue which was a disappointment is NO fire pit. A vacation in the Black Hills with no fire pit is really unusual. Especially since there is a wide open spot by the stream away from the house & trees. If we missed it somewhere I apologize. But despite these few issues would rent again . We would just know what to expect.

Great vacation experience!

This was my first time renting a VRBO. The house was amazing- well equipped, beautifully decorated, and comfortable!! I had a great experience and would rent this property again in a heartbeat!
