"This my 3rd time staying at this property. There is a serious water leak from their sprinkler system that was leaking 2 months ago when I stayed last and is still leaking. Unreal how much water is simply going to waste, it's shameful. They REALLY need to replace the old crappy mattresses, so uncomfortable. ..."

"TV wasn't even hooked up. Internet didn't work. Hair all over the floor. Blood on bed sheets. Bath towels stained. No blinds on windows and morning sun lit up the entire room. Office staff lied about TV and Internet until I threatened to call hotels.com and then they came clean and apparently neither ..."
