Le Clos des Cèdres - LE Teich

Dany and his four-legged companion TAO (Border Collie) are delighted to welcome you to the south of the Arcachon Basin in the town of Teich. Located between the waters of the Basin and the immense forest of the Landes de Gascogne, this location will be ideal for discovering the many attractions of our region: from the Ornithological reserve of Teich with bird watching to canoe trips on the Leyre and along the hiking trails, passing by the many nautical activities, beaches, and other must-sees of the Basin. Our gîte is located in a new house, on one level located on a wooded plot of land with a surface area of 6500 m² shared with the owners, bordered to the north by the departmental road which will take you to Arcachon and to the south by the railway (about 80 m). You will have a terrace, part of which is covered, with garden furniture and relaxation and barbecue. The house consists of a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, three bedrooms (one 140 cm bed, one 160 cm bed and two 120 cm beds), one of which has its own private bathroom/WC, a bathroom with shower and WC with independent access and a storeroom adjoining the kitchen with cleaning equipment and an extra refrigerator. The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the main room, electric heating in the bedrooms and electric towel dryers in the two bathrooms. The house is also equipped with a wood stove for cool evenings. Baby bed, bath and booster seat available. Owners' home on site (house separate from the cottage). Sheets provided. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay (paid services). Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday in June, July, August and September. Wifi available. Rental reserved for tourist stays. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
