The Coffee room in the lobby had many things in it this trip it just needed some regular green tea bags and real milk in there. Maybe keep some whole milk in the fridge for people to grab and use. "Very convenient and well-run. I liked the huge window we had in our 4th floor room looking down on the cloverleaf and I know that might be an odd thing to like but so many hotels have cramped windows. I appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and it functioned well as TV for the dog! The hotel was very busy too with a lot of guests but didn't seem overwhelmed."

"Walked into my hotel room and it had a nasty smell. Smell never went away. Found bugs under the bed. Staff were rude. Watched my hotel room like stalkers Bcs my kids were crying. Well what do you expect when a kid isn’t comfortable and is far away from home. Ended up leaving a day before my stay was over. Not worth the price. "Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised.
