"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it.
One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something .
I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"within walking distance of both the beach and the Old Town, and the area felt very safe.
Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small. There was no space in the bathroom to put toiletries, and with two people and our luggage, we could barely move around the room. It was very inconvenient.
I also found insects in the bathroom, and the bed sheets had holes in them, which was disappointing.
The building is old but has been renovated. However, the hotel offers very limited amenities. The hair...

"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property.
It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."
