The Cottage was amazing. A great place to stay for a family of 6. Pascals and Philippe were great hosts and attended to anything promptly. Would definitely recommend others to stay here

I am writing this review as we are driving away, and I’m sad to be leaving! We only stayed one night and it was far too short. This was the mid-way point in our France trip (fantastic location for visiting Mont Saint Michel), and our one peaceful night in between city-center stays. It was amazing in every sense. The grounds and chateau are meticulously kept and just beautiful. The breakfast (made up of items you self-select upon check in) was abundant and delicious. We stayed in the triple room and it was incredibly spacious, including a huge bathroom with a spacious shower and amazing jetted tub. The hospitality was also unmatched and greatly appreciated. We loved sitting in the grand salon reading and playing cards before check out this morning. We all left feeling full of peace and gratitude. I have no doubt this will be our favorite stay during our trip. Thank you so much!

A truly magical experience! This beautiful château near Mont Saint-Michel is nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, offering the perfect escape from the crowds. We had an amazing time at the Chateau! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, well-furnished and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and it was lovely to chat with the other guests at the hotel. But the real difference maker were the hosts, Pascale and Philippe, who were so friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back and visit again in the future! A small note to the hotel - the highest floor room does get hot in 28-30 degree Celsius + weather, even with the AC unit running. We only experienced this kind of weather on the first night of our stay, so it really wasn't an issue for us. But I could see others experiencing some discomfort in the summer. Merci pour tout, et à la prochaine!

The Chateau is amazing! The architecture is beautiful as are the guest rooms, drawing room and dining / breakfast room. The surrounding property and buildings are really interesting and shows its provenance as a former working farm. Our host Pascale was incredibly welcoming and warm. She made our stay so memorable. As an added treat, we met the Chateau owners Blair and Marty who happened to be visiting during our stay. Highly Recommended!!

My only regret is that we didn't plan a longer stay! This Chateau and the grounds are stunning. The resident manager, Pascale, was delightful, helpful and it was so pleasant to chat with her during our stay. She recommended a lovely restaurant in a nearby town and arranged reservations for us on a busy Friday night. Made to order breakfast, extensive honor bar with drinks and snacks, beautiful suite and common areas and very reasonable pricing; you can't go wrong with Chateau La Remetiere!

Pascale was wonderful. She coordinated with me in advance and set up dinner reservations for us. The Chateau is beautiful and the grounds are so pretty. It was like stepping back in time to see the historic beauty of the property. The sitting room for drinks is so relaxing and we enjoyed sitting their and having a glass of wine.

We had an amazing time at Château La Rametière. The place is stunning — beautifully restored, full of character, and super cozy. Wonderful hotel!

This is a wonderful castle that I highly recommend, 1000%! The attentions of its manager and receptionist, the marvelous room, the breakfast (note: it's not included in the price - Hotels.com provides misleading information). Everything there is elegant and cozy. It was a marvelous experience!

We arrived at the Chateau an was greeted by our hostess who let us in the electric gate. She warmly welcomed us and showed us around the beautiful historic mansion. We were on the third floor but had a scenic view of the valley from our bath and bed chamber. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our host made us reservations at a local eatery. I enjoyed a deep tub jacuzzi bath with full bubbles . Then joined my husband in the salon where he played their grand piano. Our hostess joined us for the concert. Lovely treat hope to come back in the future!

MAGNIFIQUE. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Lieu magique. Hors du temps. Nous avons adoré l'accueil, la suite Charles de Gaulle immense avec une vue magnifique sur le parc, le pti dej délicieux ( ma femme coeliaque a eu du pain sans gluten), le salon immense avec des objets anciens partout, les conseils avisés de la propriétaire.

Peace and serenity

The château was on the top of the hill so you were loooking over looking down the valley and the scenery was spectacular. The rooms were spacious Breakfast was delicious. It consisted of smoked salmon, cereal, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice and Eggs any way you wanted. Coffee and tea was great. Are you Pane chocolate, croissants, and bread was fresh. We were about 25 min from Mont Saint Michel which we visited. This is where Charle de Galle stayed during his vacation.

Royal treatment in a country French Chateau.

Our stay at Chateau La Rametière was truly a highlight of our trip to France. The Chateau is on a hill overlooking a beautiful garden with an amazing view of rolling green countryside. Our room was impeccably decorated in French Provincial style and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was a sumptuous buffet of meats, cheeses, pastries and fruits. The owner/host was courteous and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to someday return to this delightful place of rest and relaxation.
