The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
It consists of:

- 1 sea view terrace with blind, table, chairs
- 1 open kitchen + living room (microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc.) - TV & WIFI + sofa bed (160 * 200)
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140cm and storage
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds
- 1 bathroom with washing machine

Bed linen, towels (1 large per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided.
We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper for arrival but not for the entire stay
Beach towels are not provided

## Neighborhood
The large beach of Lavandou, or city center beach, called "La familiale" is a large beach of fine sand in the heart of the village.
It is lined with palm trees facing the islands of Levant and Port-Cros.
This family beach offers young children the opportunity to have a foot far from the shore. Thus, racket and ball games can be practiced by everyone while remaining in the water. You can also enjoy many activities with family or friends, you will find: diving clubs, pedal boat rental, water skiing, sailing school, canoeing, kayaking...
