Welcome to our Little Paradise

Just 200m from the shuttle to the ski lifts, come and discover our fully renovated farmhouse, restored with respect for tradition. Spacious rooms, peaceful surroundings, and views of the Aravis mountain range – welcome home! 😉 My farmhouse is on two levels. The first level houses the sleeping area with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a large children's play area with an additional sofa bed. If you wish to come as a group of 12, I can provide a child's mattress to place on the floor. All the bedrooms are very bright, and two have direct access to the balcony. On this level, you will also find a summer kitchen and a dressing room. On the first level, you have an open-plan kitchen and living room, totaling over 120 square meters. Direct, ground-floor access leads directly to the terrace. A staircase leads to the enclosed mezzanine with a glass roof, which provides access to the master bedroom with its own toilet and bathroom. The chalet is fully equipped with brand-new fixtures and fittings and retains much of the charm of a traditional, renovated farmhouse in Le Grand Bornand. Our exterior spaces are not yet finished; our two terraces are usable but not enclosed, which may be inconvenient for families with young children. In winter, the access road is steep; you will absolutely need a vehicle equipped for winter driving to reach Le Grand Bornand and the chalet. ❄️❄️
