A 10-minute walk from the village of Le Fousseret, this traditional 19th-century regional house welcomes you with its beautiful red brick facade. Like a true family home, antique furniture and vintage objects create an authentic and warm atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and gatherings with family or friends. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Pyrenees from the terrace adjoining the kitchen, a barbecue/plancha area in the shade of a fig tree, and an inflatable jacuzzi. Relaxation is guaranteed on the sun loungers, and outdoor activities include pétanque, ping-pong, exercise bikes, and foosball. There is also an enclosed garden, an unfenced pond, and a parking area. This charming bastide in the Comminges region is close to essential shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.), ideally located between Toulouse and the Pyrenees, and just 6 minutes from the A64 motorway! It occupies a strategic position for exploring the rich Occitanie region on day trips. Inside, the two-level layout is spacious and functional: - On the ground floor: a wide central hallway leads to the kitchen with direct access to the terrace, the dining room, the living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. - The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a small TV lounge area in the hallway, five bedrooms, and two bathrooms/toilets: Bedroom 1 (two double beds 140x190cm), Bedroom 2 (one double bed 140x190cm and one single bed 90cm), Bedrooms 3 and 4 (connected to Bedroom 2) (two single beds 90x190cm and one single bed 120cm), and Bedroom 5 (two double beds 140x190cm). Heating is provided by a pellet boiler. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Baby equipment is provided (two cots, two high chairs, a baby bath, and potties). All charges included.
