Welcome to Villa Good Vibes, a charming 100 m² house located in Fenouiller, in Vendée. Nestled in a peaceful and verdant setting, this warm property has been designed to offer the most relaxing stay just a few minutes from the Vendée beaches. Whether for family vacations or with friends, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people in an atmosphere that is both cozy and well-maintained.



From the entrance, beautifully decorated, the tone is set. By taking the door on the right, you will discover a lovely spacious living room equipped with a television, followed by a pleasant dining room with a large convivial table and a decorative fireplace (non-functional, for the pleasure of the eyes) that perfectly complements the charm of this living space. Opposite the entrance (or directly from the dining room), you will access a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook with ease, enhanced with stools and a mini-bar for shared moments. The true asset of the kitchen is its direct access to the outside: a superb terrace with garden furniture and an awning, ideal for your outdoor meals, all overlooking a large enclosed garden that beautifully surrounds the house.



The night space consists of three independent bedrooms, each benefiting from very nice decoration:



-Room 1: A comfort double bed (160x200).

-Room 2: A double bed (140x200) and a desk area, perfect for isolating yourself or working from home.

-Room 3: A double bed (140x200) as well as a trundle bed (offering two single beds of 90x200), ideal for children or loved ones.



On the amenities side, the villa has a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub and double sink, as well as separate toilets for added convenience. A washing machine is also available in the accommodation.



Note that a garage is present but not accessible for cars; however, you will be able to easily park two vehicles inside the property, just after the gate.
